The location is perfect, just a short walk from the stunning cathedral. My room offered a great view of the cathedral, adding a special touch to my stay. Raul at the front desk was incredibly helpful, guiding me through local sights and even assisting with taxi arrangements. The facilities were good for the price. the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. However, the soundproofing in the room was lacking, making it difficult to sleep with noise from neighbors. The steep stairs might be challenging for some, but it was manageable. A microwave would have been handy to have mentioned. Overall, the experience was positive, but the noise issue could be improved.

Unfortunately, I stayed in an interior room that felt quite dark and lacked natural light. The shared bathrooms, while clean, could use some more attention to detail in terms of maintenance.

Damp bedding inconsistency!!! Hallways reek of cigarettes, almost unbearable!!! Taxi arrangements turned costly!!! Noise from late-night garbage collection can really disrupt the peace!!!

Staying here with my teens was great! The location was super convenient for exploring the old town. We were just a short walk from the cathedral. It was fantastic to have reliable Internet access. the kids loved scrolling through their social media posts, especially after a day of sightseeing.
My wife says that soundproofing needs improvement.
